BoxLayout uses <blockquote> instead of list for layout options

      The BoxLayout documentation mentions, the type of the layout has four options.

      The options are presented inside <blockquote> elements. These elements are for extended quotations; they're usually rendered "visually by indentation".

      These four options are a list, for semantic HTML, a <ul> or <ol> element should be used instead of <blockquote>.
