linux PPC64 Big Endian: Implementation of Foreign Function & Memory API

    Description

      The feature is supposed to leave preview state and should get implemented for linux on Power (Big Endian). This will help the AIX implementation, too, because Big Endian linux and AIX use ABI v1.
