We have reports that indicate that, starting macOS Sonoma beta5, JavaFX applications like Scene Builder do not open in foreground reliably any more.

Instead, they seem to launch behind other applications and without focus, so you need to click on them to bring them to foreground.

This has been tested with JavaFX 11, JavaFX 17 and JavaFX 21-ea+24, with Sonoma betas 5, 6 and 7.

The rest of non-JavaFX applications don't seem to be affected.
