ListFormat::parseObject() specification is silent on it's behavior with different parsePosition values.
Observed that - providing the ParsePosition > sourceString.length resulting in IndexOutOfBoundsException: Illegal start index.
It would be good to mention the behavior of this method in the context of 'parsePosition'
