The artifacts created by the jtreg failure handler used by mach5 could be improved a little in terms of usability. In particular, the processes.html and environment.html files are not so friendly in terms of searchability as they present data in a tree like UI with all nodes collapsed by default.

Adding an `Expand All` and `Collapse All` or even some rudimentary search functionality to these artifacts would help a lot.
