These tests currently run in hotspot:tier1. These tests are serial due to talking to SA debug daemon. Out of 980 seconds spent in hotspot:tier1, the last 100 seconds are spent executing these tests, and there seems to be no other tests that can be run concurrently to mask the long execution tail.

These do not look very important for tier1, and so they can be moved to tier2, where there are also plenty of long-running runtime tests that would also hide some of the exclusive run test time for these tests.
