Update test thread factory to catch all exceptions

      The jtreg doesn't catch all exceptions right now. There is a jtreg issue for this https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/CODETOOLS-7903526.
      It is important to catch such issues for virtual threads because they are not included into any groups.
