[test bug] Add tests to veify the caret positions

This came out during the review: https://github.com/openjdk/jfx/pull/1263#issuecomment-1779536740

Develop tests that verifies the caret is always visible in TextField.
Check that there is no dead space beyond the beginning/end of the text when resized in all node orientations using different test strings.
