libharfbuzz compilation takes a long time; on my Windows laptop, the compilation of hb-subset.cc takes 50+ seconds.

Harfbuzz subset and style APIs are not used anywhere in our libfontmanager code, and are not used by other parts of harfbuzz api. We can exclude the subset and style files from compilation to reduce the build times.
