Currently, IGV truncates edges across far-away layers. This improves sometimes the quality of the layout but can make it harder to interpret the graph, particularly for control-flow-graphs where layer assignment has a strong meaning. See the attached screenshot for an example

This RFE proposes make edge truncation configurable for different views (via the 'Options' window) and off by default in the control-flow graph view.
