[Linux] Remove operation to show or hide children because it is unnecessary

      Currently gtk glass backend does show/hide for each children when the operation is done on the parent.

      The window manager takes care of this because the glass backend sets gtk_window_set_transient_for.

      It works since Ubuntu 16.04.
