We have observed that a change recently incorporated to improve support for humongous allocations (https://github.com/openjdk/shenandoah/pull/336) results in regression of more than 10% on SpecJBB max JOPS and critical JOPS.

We need to change the default so that it is not so aggressively performing defragmentation of old-generation memory.
