j.a.PrintJob/PageDimension/Printing.java to fail or skip if there's no printer

      The java/awt/PrintJob/PageDimension/Printing.java silently passes if there's no printer service is available. Failing is a valid option because there's the "printer" keyword. Alternatively, it could throw SkippedException.
