        LittleCMS (aka LCMS) 2.16 released on December 3, 2023:

        it can be downloaded from here https://sourceforge.net/projects/lcms/files/latest/download
        source repo is at https://github.com/mm2/Little-CMS/
        https://github.com/mm2/Little-CMS/releases/tag/lcms2.16

        We should upgrade JDK 23 to use this.
