JFR: Remove remaining use of instrumentation for I/O events

      Some I/O events still rely on bytecode instrumentation of I/O related classes. It should be removed, so all use of ASM can be pulled out from JFR.

      Fixing this important to avoid the 10% regression on startup introduced in JDK 22. See JDK-8319551
