Is it a platform specific issue: YES. This issue only happens on OEL 9.2 x64 and OEL 9.2 64-bit Arm (aarch64). However, this issue PASSED on OEL 9.1 x64 and OEL 9.1 64-bit Arm (aarch64) with JDK_22_b27.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Check preconditions
VERIFY There are no JREs/JDKs installed.
Delete any appOutput.txt files on machine
Make sure there is no /tmp/launcher-as-service.txt file. If it exists, it must be deleted.
make sure "servicetest" package is not installed (there must be no /opt/servicetest directory)
     2. Open command line and navigate to location test artifacts can be found after running run_tests.sh
     3. Install artifact_name: sudo rpm -i servicetest-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm
     4. Uninstall artifact_name: sudo rpm -e servicetest

Expected result:
           The "servicetest" package should be uninstalled successfully.

Actual behavior:
            The user cannot uninstall the "servicetest" package on OEL 9.2 x64.
