ProblemList java/io/BufferedInputStream/TransferTo.java

In order to reduce the noise in the JDK23 CI, I'm ProblemListing:

java/io/BufferedInputStream/TransferTo.java

Although this failure has only been seen on linux-aarch64 and
linux-x64, there's no obvious reason it should be limited to Linux.
