Expand TraceOptoParse block output abbreviations

Some of the abberviations of TraceOptoParse are not easy to understand. While looking at logs, I often have to go back into source code to understand what they mean. Its easier to just make the output more clear.

`e` -> `exception block`
`lphd` -> `loop head`
