Tweak TestZAllocationStallEvent.java to allocate smaller objects

TestZAllocationStallEvent.java sometimes fails with OOME. The test is set up to run with 32M heap and allocates 16M+ objects. I suggest that we tweak this a bit to allocate 4M+ objects instead, to lower the risk of OOME.
