        Reproduce: make test TEST="lib-test:all"

        Test selection 'lib-test:all', will run:
        * jtreg:test/lib-test:all

        Running test 'jtreg:test/lib-test:all'
        /data/jdk/test/lib-test/TEST.groups: group all: group includes itself
        Error: One or more groups are invalid
        Finished running test 'jtreg:test/lib-test:all'
