(zipfs) Disable TestPosix.setPermissionsShouldConvertToUnix which fails on Windows

      JDK-8324635 introduced a new test setPermissionsShouldConvertToUnix. This test fails intermittently on Windows.

      To allow time for debugging this issue and stop this test from breaking CI, add @Disabled on the test. This will allow time to investigate the issue properly.
