When F10 key is pressed, menu mnemonic underline doesn't toggle between show and hide. In native Windows application, menu mnemonics toggle between state.
Can be verified using SwingSet2 Application.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Swingset2 application.
2. Change LookAndFeel to Windows Style Look And Feel.
3. Press F10. Menu mnemonics underline is visible.
4. Again press F10. Menu mnemonics is still visible.
If above behavior is observed, issue is reproduced.
Actual behavior:
Menu mnemonics underline doesn't toggle between visible and invisible.
Expected behavior:
Menu mnemonics underline should toggle between visible and invisible.
