Many tests are restricted to C2: @requires vm.compiler2.enabled
Or are restricted unnecessarily to a platform.

We should go through ALL tests and remove as many of them as possible, so that we can ensure maximal test coverage.

This will probably be split into multiple subtasks to make it more feasible.
