RISC-V: adjust test filters of zfh extension

test filter `vm.cpu.features ~= ".*zfh,.*"` could be adjusted to `vm.cpu.features ~= ".*zfh.*"` according to comment at https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/17698#discussion_r1517349407
