Method to get the duration of completed StructuredTaskScope.Subtask

      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      It would be very beneficial to know subtask's duration after STS join.
      SUCCESS state - when result is returned.
      FAILED state - when exception is thrown.
