Make following enhancements in RenderPerf test:
1. Add 3D multi shape test with and without interleaving the shape creation.
2. Rename MultiShape -> MultiShape2D
3. Rename MultiShapeInt -> MultiShapeInterleaved
4. Rename MultiShape2D3DInt -> MultiShape2D3DInterleaved
5. Use TEST_TIME instead of calculated time for better readability of FPS value.
