New stage opened from the main stage has min size instead of defined size

Tested on archlinux,

A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
I open stages from the main stage. I set the following properties on the child stage:
- minHeight
- minWidth
- height
- width

and when the stage gets visible, it has its min size instead of the one defined. From what I've seen, the window originally has the defined size but gets resized at some point.

On the 20.x, it had the good size.
