[lworld] Re-enable EliminateAutoBox

      JDK-8325660 disabled EliminateAutoBox in C2Compiler::compile_method because there were issues. Fix them and re-enable the optimization.

      compiler/c2/irTests/TestOptimizeUnstableIf.java also needs to be re-enabled.
