Activating helped find missing MACOS_AARCH64_ONLY(ThreadWXEnable __wx(WXWrite, thread)); like in JDK-8327036.
AssertWXAtThreadSync is a develop flag and the check is very cheap. Activate AssertWXAtThreadSync by default and make all tests pass. This should help minimize missing WXWrite
