Fix typo in CLDRConverter

There's an LDML parser named `SupplementDataParseHandler.java`, which really should be `SupplementalDataParseHandler` as it parses `supplementalData.xml`. In fact, the other similar parser for `supplementalMetaData.xml` has the correct name.
