Add support for primitive array C1 clone intrinsic in arm

      https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8302850 adds C1 clone intrinsic for primitive arrays for x86_64, 686 and aarch64 architectures.

      These changes should be ported to arm. FAO: @bulasevich, @mdoerr, @fyang, @lucy
