[lworld] dynamic proxy class does not strictly need preload attributes

If a proxy interface references any value classes, it should have the preload attributes. As the classes referenced by the interface are preloaded when the interface is being loaded, the preload attributes in the generated proxy class has no effective as the listed classes have already been loaded.
