TabbedPane behavior is not consistent across LAFs.
In Aqua LAF contentOpaque and tabsOpaque property are not honored as compared to other LAF.

Actual:
No effect on contentArea and tabs when contentOpaque and tabsOpaque properties are set to true/false.

Expected:
When contentOpaque is set to false, the content area should be transparent.
When tabsOpaque is set to false, the tabs should be transparent.
