Generational ZGC: Use ZLocker uniformly

The class `ZDriverLocker` is similar to `ZLocker`. It is good to use `ZLocker` uniformly, just like other lockers in ZGC.

And one class named `ZUnlocker` can be added in order to replace the class `ZDriverUnlocker`.
