We have the sub command "statistics" of the VM.native_memory jcmd. For historical reasons, this sub command only worked for detail mode. But since JDK-8256844, we also print the preinit state in there, which is relevant in summary state too.

The summary command should be enabled for summary mode too, and should be filtering out everything that is not relevant in summary mode.
