RISC-V: Add support for primitive array C1 clone intrinsic

      https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8302850 adds C1 clone intrinsic for primitive arrays for x86_64, 686 and aarch64 architectures. We need to port it on linux-riscv64 as well.
