[XWayland] Drag and Drop doesn't work in XWayland -> Wayland direction on Gnome 46

      It is an external issue, Drag and Drop doesn't work in XWayland -> Wayland direction on Gnome 46(Ubuntu 24.04, Fedora Workstation 40).
      It does not depend on JDK version, and reproducible with a native XLib application
      (native reproducer: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2027569#c0)

      It behaves the same as in previously reported JDK-8280994 / https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/issues/2042

      Ubuntu 23.10(Gnome 45) works.
