IGV: Print loop node for PHASE_BEFORE/AFTER_CLOOPS

PHASE_BEFORE_CLOOPS and PHASE_AFTER_CLOOPS currently do not additionally print a node. We could change this by printing:

PHASE_BEFORE_CLOOPS: Print LoopNode to be converted
PHASE_AFTER_CLOOPS: Print newly created CountedLoopNode
