Accessibility, TextArea, macOS: VoiceOver announces wrong word

      Observed on macOS M1 Pro 14.5, running the attached program with VoiceOver enabled.

      To reproduce, click on random words, or words on the same line going from right to left. Quite often, a previously announced word is spoken, or a word following the clicked one.
