A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
We are facing an issue with the Transit Card services on production , the services crash on production intermittently . This has happened to card transaction service 4 times on different servers in the last 1 month and same event occurred with card management service as well. As per our prelim analysis the issue happens at random intervals with no specific correlation with load on the system, there is no definite pattern as well. The same issue was faced by AEPS team as well in SIT environment.
We are doing an RCA at our end and will share our findings. If you can also do an analysis at your end, it would be really helpful. Please refer to attached logs for details of the error.
