Problem list all SA core file tests on macosx-aarch64 due to JDK-8318754

JDK-8318754 results in core files missing valid areas of memory, causing SA to fail unexpectedly. This is causing too much noise in our testing. The SA core files tests should all be problem listed on macosx-aarch64.
