The interface java.lang.NonTearable has been removed from the Valhalla repository for a long time, but it is still mentioned in some comments and a disabled unit test still depends on its semantic.

The comment should be adjusted and the test fixed to work with the JEP 401 model plus the F&Fs APIs.
