In the loom repo, `jcmd <pid> Thread.vthread_scheduler` prints the virtual thread scheduler, and `Thread.vthread_pollers` prints the I/O pollers used to support virtual threads doing networking I/O operations.

This issue is created to bring this jcmd functionality into the main line.
