The following steps were done:
1. Log group created (Dev_Tools)
2. Agent configuration created (jck-workers-system)
3. Custom log created (jck-workers)
However, the logs have been empty. I suppose the reason is the Host Group in Agent Configuration:

The group needs to select all VMs in compartment with id ocid1.compartment.oc1..aaaaaaaacvbmotcfw3z43aqd7dmzb6hl5wskall32eqkh4qfq5pwpbyd2loa'
