KEM's newEncapsulator and newDecapsulator methods accept an AlgorithmParameterSpec argument for configuration. It is related to the params field in Encapsulated. The relation was described in JEP 452 but not written into the spec.

Also, the example in JEP 452 includes the usage of AlgorithmParameterSpec which is more informational then the one in KEM. We can probably use it instead.
