[macos] Premature exit in Swing interop when last JFrame is disposed

      To reproduce this, do the following on macOS:

      1. Run the attached test program
      2. Click on the "close" button
      BUG: the application will exit after a couple seconds

      On Windows and Linux, the program correctly does not exit

      I discovered this while evaluating JDK-8339178.
