[PPC64] cmpxchgw/h/b doesn't handle external Label

    Description

      JDK-8338814 has enhanced the interfaces for cmpxchgw/h/b. The new argument Label* failed is not handled. The branch is missing. This feature is currently unused, but should get fixed for future usage.
