    Description

      The javadoc for SplittableRandom links to http://www.phy.duke.edu/~rgb/General/dieharder.php which now redirects to https://webhome.phy.duke.edu/~rgb/General/dieharder.php

      The redirect causes link checkers to complain, this would be a simple fix.
