A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
sun.security.ssl.SSLLogger uses log level ALL for `finest` log events. Log level ALL isn't meant to be used for log messages, instead it shoult only be used to configure the logging framework's behavior. The fact that it uses ALL causes weird issues in logging frameworks as it's not really an expected log level value and everyone has a different opinion on how to use it.
