Attributes belonging to the Code attribute frequently point into the code array with bcis, u2 values for offsets, such as type annotations or StackMapTable. Their mappers need to convert read u2s to labels, and write labels as u2s. We can consider exposing these two functionalities at ClassReader and BufWriter.
